Time To Think™  is an international leadership development and coaching company who have, after decades of research, identified a set of behaviours and applications that generate the finest independent thinking, actions and results.

These behaviours are called the Ten Components of a Thinking Environment® and offer a profoundly simple and powerful process to ignite your organisation’s performance. It is based on the following observations:

• The quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first.
• The quality of our thinking depends on the way we treat each other while we are thinking.

Time To Think’s acclaimed courses, developed through observation and research since 1985, teach the application of these behaviours to teams, leaders, coaches and individuals. About Learning’s Founder Catherine Duvel, is a Thinking Environment specialist. She sits on the global Time to Think faculty and is one of only two people in the Asia Pacific region able to qualify others to use the Thinking Environment in their work and operate professionally as a Time To Think Coach, Facilitator, Thinking Partner Teacher and/or Consultant.
